Live shopping isn’t as complicated as it sometimes seems. Our dashboard and Create app allow you, the seller, to start a stream and share your items with your community in minutes.
How you can do it? In this post, we’ll explain everything you need to know in 5 steps:
1st step:
Create an account for our dashboard. Just go to https://dashboard.shopshot.app and follow the link under “Register” to create your account. Don’t worry – all you need is your email address and a password of your choice. Confirm your email address and you can log in!
Step 2
Log in to your account and complete the onboarding process. First you will be asked for some information about your company, so we can make sure that you really exist. You’ll also need to submit your withdrawal details to our payment processor, Stripe, so we can pay you your money. Now everything organizational is done and you can start creating your stream!
Step 3
First add a product. You will need some pictures of your product and some details like a description, variants, price, shipping, etc. Then you can create a stream in the “Livestreaming” section and schedule it for a specific date and time. Here you can fully customize whether your planned livestream should be displayed from the moment of creation or later, which products will be presented in the stream and much more.
Step 4
Download the “shopshot create” app and log in with your account data for the dashboard. All created livestreams and products will be automatically synchronized with the app – if you prefer to use your cell phone instead of your PC, you can easily create products and livestreams in the app as well. The process is actually identical to the one on the dashboard.
Step 5
When the time is right for your stream and you’re ready to get started, simply select the stream you want from the overview in the “shopshot create” app and get started! During the stream, you can then choose which products to show viewers, open chat and respond to messages, or view real-time stats about your stream. Most importantly, enjoy the experience! Live shopping is an innovative way to have an authentic and fun exchange with your clientele, while you earn money with your products.
