The time has come! Our dashboard is online – from now on you can create an account as a seller or influencer to manage your products and streams.
We want to show you what you can do with the new dashboard:
Overview
Here you can see an overview of your orders and past activities. You get an overview of how your last streams went and how your recaps are performing.
Payment information
If you want to have it a bit more detailed, the section “Payment Information” is just right. Here you can see your total sales and new customers, as well as your conversion rate and sales per stream. You’ll also find a button that redirects you to our payment service provider Stripe. There you can have your sales paid out to your bank account.
Products
In this section you can create new products and manage existing products. Even already created products are fully customizable – whether it be the prices, variants or other product details change.
Livestreaming
Probably the most important point: here you can plan and manage your livestreams. You can add products to a livestream, change the date and time or start the stream. As soon as a stream is live, you will also see an overview of the orders that are placed during the stream. You can also see the chat and write messages or exchange the currently presented product.
Orders
In this overview your orders are displayed. Here you can view customer data to execute the order and inform the customer about the current status by changing the order status. Your customer will then be automatically informed by our system that his order has just been shipped, for example.
Settings
In the settings you will find everything that is important for your account management. In addition to your profile photo, you can also change your username, email address and password. You can also enter the URL to your legal texts, i.e. terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc. here.
